SHIPPING POLICY

At Midori, our goal is to make your ordering process as convenient and efficient as possible. We collaborated with various courier partners such as J&T Express, Pgeon, Easy Parcel and DHL to cater with different delivery requests from customers. Due to Covid-19, our first priority is the safety, health and well-being of customers, employees and partners. Safety measures have been implemented at our fulfillment center to protect against Covid-19, and as a result, orders may experience shipping delays. Additionally, there is a two (2) day quarantine of all returned packages. Returns are still being accepted, but please expect a delay in processing your return refund while these extra precautions to protect our warehouse personnel are in place. Return & Exchange Policy

If customer ever buy anything from us that is not pleasing to you (e.g: faulty products or torn packaging), you may return any of our products by delivering back to the address stated on our official website/delivery parcel and request for a full 100% money-back guarantee.

For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the  invoice with any return within the period of 7 days (1 weeks) upon parcel receival date. If you buy Midori's products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
